The Head of Partnerships at Nova Shield will lead all external collaborations that drive ecosystem growth, token adoption, and strategic integrations across the Solana and Web3 landscape. You’ll forge high-impact partnerships with exchanges, node providers, DeFi protocols, cybersecurity organizations, and developer ecosystems to strengthen Nova’s reach as the leading wallet security and anti-drain infrastructure. This role blends strategy, negotiation, and deep Web3 insight — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands blockchain culture, and can translate technical innovation into meaningful collaborations that move the ecosystem forward.
What you'll do
The Head of Partnerships at Nova Shield will lead all external collaborations that drive ecosystem growth, token adoption, and strategic integrations across the Solana and Web3 landscape. You’ll forge high-impact partnerships with exchanges, node providers, DeFi protocols, cybersecurity organizations, and developer ecosystems to strengthen Nova’s reach as the leading wallet security and anti-drain infrastructure.
This role blends strategy, negotiation, and deep Web3 insight, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands blockchain culture, and can translate technical innovation into meaningful collaborations that move the ecosystem forward.
Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships across wallets, protocols, and security platforms.
Develop co-marketing and ecosystem expansion strategies with other Solana-native teams.
Establish integrations that extend Nova Shield’s technology (multi-sig, vaults, Trench Insurance, NVAI) into other applications.
Coordinate partnership announcements, PR, and launch campaigns with marketing and product leads.
Maintain relationships with key ecosystem players, ensuring long-term value alignment and collaboration.
Represent Nova Shield in industry events, AMAs, and community discussions.
Build dashboards to track partnership KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI.
Who you are
Experienced in BD, ecosystem growth, or partnerships at a top crypto, fintech, or SaaS company.
Deeply familiar with Solana, DeFi, and wallet infrastructure.
Confident communicator, negotiator, and strategist.
Passionate about protecting users and shaping the future of digital security.
Motivated by impact, you thrive in a startup environment and want to help define a new industry standard.
A connector at heart, fluent in both the business and technical sides of crypto.
